Pest control in Remuera

Remuera is one of Auckland's older established suburbs, and the housing reflects that. Timber villas, 1920s bungalows, and larger homes on generous sections with mature trees and dense planting. That kind of property is comfortable for people, and also for pests, which tend to move in from the garden and the roofline rather than appearing out of nowhere.

The two things I see most in Remuera are rodents getting into roof voids and subfloors, and ants tracking indoors through older window joinery and weatherboard. Large eaves and established gardens also bring steady spider activity around the outside of the house. None of that means a property is neglected. It is the normal pressure that comes with leafy, well-treed streets.
