About Pest OFF Company

A serious Auckland pest control operator

Hi, I’m Roman, the owner and operator of Pest OFF Company. I started this business to offer Auckland homeowners and businesses a more professional, reliable pest control experience. I handle every job personally, which means you get consistent service and someone who actually knows your property. Every treatment is guided by integrated pest management principles, addressing the conditions that allow pest activity, not just the symptoms.

When you call, you deal with me, not a call centre. I tell you what the problem actually is, what it takes to fix, and what it costs, and I respond the same day. No scripts, no pressure, no padding the job.

How I work

Practical pest control, done properly

I started Pest OFF Company because too much pest control in Auckland is rushed or sold on the upsell. Someone sprays, leaves a docket, and you are none the wiser about what was actually wrong or whether it comes back.

I work the other way. Every job starts by finding what is driving the activity, the entry points and the harbourage, and treating that rather than only the insects you can see. You get an honest read on the problem and a treatment matched to your property, whether that is a villa, a rental, a cafe, or a managed building.

Because I run the business and carry out the work myself, nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a subcontractor. You get one person who knows your property, turns up when they say, and is on the end of the phone if something changes.

What we do

How we work and what clients can expect

01
Clear process from first contact
From the initial quote to the completed treatment, we keep the process straightforward. Clients know what's happening, why, and what to expect, no vague follow-ups or unexplained decisions.
02
Treatments tailored to the property
Every property is different. We assess pest pressure and site conditions before recommending a treatment approach, not a standard package applied the same way regardless of the situation.
03
Targeting the pest life cycle
Our approach uses Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, targeting pest life cycles for more durable results rather than surface-level treatments that need repeating within weeks.
Standards and approach

What we hold ourselves to

These are the operational standards we apply to every job, residential, commercial, or maintenance. They're not a marketing statement; they're how we actually work.

Communication
Clear and consistent
Clients are informed before, during, and after each treatment. No surprises, no unexplained actions.
Products
Registered and appropriate
Only registered products used correctly for the specific pest and site conditions involved.
Reliability
On time, as agreed
We show up when confirmed and complete the work to the agreed scope, no unexplained changes.
Follow-through
Aftercare and follow-up
Post-treatment guidance is provided as standard. We follow up where needed and respond if issues arise between visits.
Industry standards

Certified to the standards that matter

PMANZ Certified
Certified by the Pest Management Association of New Zealand. PMANZ sets and maintains professional standards for pest control operators across New Zealand, providing clients with confidence in both the operator and the methods used.
Careerforce Certified
Careerforce certification in urban pest management demonstrates structured, assessed competency in pest control practice, not just on-the-job experience. It provides clients with independent verification of the technician's knowledge and capability.
IPM Approach
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is the industry-recognised approach that targets pest life cycles for more durable results. Rather than reacting to visible activity, IPM uses a structured method that reduces the need for repeated treatments over time.
