Pest control in Parnell

Parnell is Auckland's oldest suburb, and it shows in the buildings. Heritage villas, converted houses, offices, and a strip of restaurants running down toward the water. Older buildings tend to have more gaps, cavities, and shared structures than newer ones, which gives pests more ways in and more places to settle.

Around Parnell I most often deal with rodents in older roof and wall spaces, ants through aged joinery, and spiders around the exterior of larger homes. The restaurants and offices bring the usual commercial pressure of cockroaches, rodents, and flies.
