Pest control in Devonport

Devonport is one of Auckland's oldest seaside villages, full of Victorian and Edwardian villas, a tight village centre, and the cafes and shops around the ferry. Older timber buildings close to the water bring their own pattern of pest activity, and it tends to come from the structure and the gardens rather than out of nowhere.

The calls I get most around Devonport are rodents in the roof and subfloor voids of older villas as it cools, ants tracking through aged timber joinery over summer, and spiders building up around eaves and the salt-exposed exterior of these homes. The village eateries bring the usual hospitality pressure of cockroaches, flies, and rodents.
