Pest control in Birkenhead

Birkenhead is a leafy, established suburb on the lower North Shore, with older homes, mature gardens, the Highbury shops, and the bush reserves around Le Roys Bush and Kauri Point running down toward the harbour. That green, well-treed setting is good for living and also gives pests an easy way onto a property.

The calls I get most around Birkenhead are spiders around the exterior of homes backing onto reserve, rodents moving in from the bush margins as it cools, and wasps setting up nests over summer. Ants through older timber are a regular summer issue too, and the Highbury eateries see the usual fly and rodent pressure.

Properties that back onto bush or reserve get steadier pressure, so the outside of the house is where most of the work is. Birkenhead is an easy part of the lower Shore for me to reach.
